Dear Sir,

Loss of consignments involved 200 cartoons of Rs.43 lakhs value approximately

We have been informed by our member M/s. Savani Roadlines, Kasam Chambers, 163, P. D’Mellor Road, Mumbai – 400 001, Telefax No. 22625544 and E-mail Id : savanir@hotmail.com had carrying Truck No. MH-04-CG-1608 with Medicine of Aventis Pharma Limited worth Rs.69 lakhs loaded from Bhiwandi to Ahmedabad on 26th December 2007.  .5-6 persons came in empty truck and overtook the truck at Haloli, Boat Gaon, Near Manor, Taluka Palghar, District Thane On 26th December 2007 at 9.00 p.m .  Miscreants threatened to the Driver and cleaner and they took the driver and cleaner into the jungle, stripped them completely and tied them to a tree later they fled with the truck.    The driver and cleaners himself freed due to miscreants tied them loose.  Both the Driver and Cleaner went to Registered the FIR with Manor Police Station at 10.30 p.m.

On the enquiry truck found abandoned on Manor Wada Road on 29th December 2007 Loss of consignments involved 200  cartoons of Rs.43 lakhs value approximately.    The crime was reported to Manor Police Station, Dist. Thane,  on 29th December 2007.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and investigate thoroughly so as to recover the stolen material.
An early and favorable action on this subject is highly solicited.
